Misty is a great realtor who has nothing but the clients’ interests in mind. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and does whatever needs to be done to get you your house. She has excellent contacts should any need arise during the process (outside of her realtor duties) and  gives solid advice.
We recently bought a foreclosure that required a little more work than your average house to get it closed. Misty was never discouraged and even got us money off of our accepted bid due to some issues with the house (I thought that would be nearly impossible since you are working with a bank, not actual sellers). We were able to close only due to her helpful advice and willingness to continue pushing through what seemed like an impossible deal at some points.
