Jonathan Waddill

Jonathan Waddill was raised in a family with strong roots in the real estate industry. Originally from Chester, Va; Jonathan was able to spend long summers at his family’s cottage in Nags Head, and this is where he developed a love for the Outer Banks. In 2002, Jonathan obtained his Real Estate license at the early age of 18 while also working on his associate degree in Architectural Engineering at John Tyler in Virginia. While it was always his dream to return the Outer Banks, he began his career just south of Wilmington, NC in 2006. After years of gaining knowledge and experience in the industry, Jonathan decided to pursue his dream, and move to the Outer Banks in 2011! Jonathan takes pride in every aspect of the real estate transaction and dedicates himself to personally see each client through the entire sales process.
