Rita Dwight is a
licensed real estate broker in the Avon office. She and husband
Steve strive as a team to provide the best real estate service
on the island. The Dwights have always enjoyed working where
other people play. After their first trip to the Outer Banks
in 1988, it didn’t take long until Hatteras Island became
their home in 1990.
Rita’s real estate profession began
in Pennsylvania, and then she took a break to do more mothering
than selling until the mid 90’s when she became a Realtor
associate at Surf or Sound Realty.
Rita has been very active
in the Cape Hatteras School and community. Her attention to
detail and her thorough knowledge of the real estate market
on Hatteras Island assures both buyers and sellers a pleasant
experience when dealing with the complexities of real estate
sales.
Rita recently added certification as an Accredited Buyers’ Agent
to her credentials in order to provide even better service
to her clients.
